Claim Procedure for Marine

 

All claims should be reported immediately to Conte Financial Services who will pass on the relevant details to the Insurers for their attention.

The following documents should be forwarded to Conte Financial Services as soon as they  become available.

 

Overseas Claims

• Supplier’s invoice
• Bill of lading
• Claim on shipper and reply
• Your statement or invoice for goods claimed

 
Australia Wide Claims

• Supplier’s invoice
• Copy of consignment note
• Claim on carrier and reply
